Revenue Recovery Care
$997 per month
Required with standard implementation: six monthly service periods at $997, totaling $5,982, beginning at client-approved go-live. Applicable usage, third-party licensing and taxes are additional.
Defined in your care agreement.
Monitoring coverage, incident response, change limits, reporting cadence, usage, and cancellation and transition terms are stated in writing before enrollment.
Billed monthly in advance from your approved go-live date. The initial commitment is six monthly periods, then month-to-month under your signed agreement with 30 calendar days of written cancellation notice, subject to applicable rights. Implementation installments are separate.

Make approved knowledge updates, minor configuration changes, and in-scope system corrections.

Does care include new builds?
No. New workflows, channels, agents, business units, migrations, and new implementations receive separate scope.
Is this the old Freedom OS Membership?
No. Revenue Recovery Care is a service for installed systems. Existing customers keep the rights and terms of their existing agreements; their plans are not automatically converted.
How do I discuss care for an installed system?
