Live participation: This is a live working session. No replay will be provided, so please plan to attend from a computer and participate.

Tools and access: Bring access to Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Codex and the email account you plan to connect. You must be able to sign in and approve the required integration permissions during the session. Access to both AI platforms is not required.

Before you join the room.
Do I need to be experienced with AI?
No. You should be able to open Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Codex, but you do not need technical or automation experience. We build the Business Profile and Email Drafting Skill together.
Will this connect directly to my email inbox?
Yes. The email integration is required for the skill to work with messages in your inbox and create follow-up drafts in your email account. During the session, you will connect your email to Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Codex, then use your Business Profile to guide the content, tone, and next step. You review and approve each draft before sending.
What kinds of emails can I use?
Bring two or three non-sensitive or redacted examples such as inquiry replies, lead follow-up, client updates, vendor responses, or messages that require a thoughtful next step. The assistant will use your Business Profile to prepare drafts in the right context and tone.
Will the skill send emails automatically?
No. The integration allows the skill to work with your inbox and create drafts, but the session keeps sending under your control. You review, personalize, and approve each message before it is sent. Broader multi-app automations are outside the scope of this 60-minute session.
Is there a replay if I cannot attend live?
No. This is a live-only, hands-on session, and no recording is provided. Please confirm you can attend before registering.
What is the refund policy?
Registrations are nonrefundable because seating is limited and the session is built around participant responses. Please select a date and time that work for you on the Cal.com registration page.
What happens after the session?
You will leave with your Business Profile, connected Email Drafting Skill, and review-and-send process. If we uncover a larger operational issue, I will explain the appropriate option honestly, including when no additional service is needed.
