No. The assessment is fully asynchronous. You complete the intake, Erica analyzes it, and you receive a written report and private recorded video review. One clarification email is included within seven days of delivery.
How long does the intake take to complete?
Most clients complete it in 30–60 minutes. The more specific your answers, the more specific the recommendations.
When does the five-day delivery clock start?
The clock starts when Erica receives your complete intake — including any requested documents or access. Partial submissions do not start the clock.
What happens after I receive the assessment?
The assessment identifies your highest-leverage next step. Most clients proceed to Systems Setup based on the recommendations. The assessment is not a prerequisite for Systems Setup, but it removes the guesswork about where to start.
Is this right for me if I am just getting started?
The assessment is designed for founders with an existing business who have at least some team, revenue, and operational complexity. If you are in the earliest stage of building, the AI Implementation Lab is a lower-cost starting point.
