If you're disciplined and self-directed, Tier 01 is a strong starting point. If you've tried to build systems before and stalled, the Intensive's accountability structure is usually the difference-maker. The Intensive runs 8 weeks by design — that's the minimum time needed to build each layer properly without cutting corners. Self-paced can take 4–12 weeks depending on your bandwidth. Advisory engagements are scoped based on your business complexity but typically run 60–90 days.

Yes — and that's by design. STACK is built to transfer ownership to your team. If your team isn't involved in the build, the systems won't stick. You don't need the whole company in every session, but key people need to be part of the process.

Yes. Many founders start with the course to understand the framework and begin the build, then join an Intensive cohort to finish it with accountability and feedback. The tiers are designed to stack — what you invest in Tier 01 isn't lost when you move to Tier 02.
